It's the combination of filthy little sleazebags like Mike Trash & Rob Lane, who share a vision of going nowhere soon & anywhere fast, that singlehandedly keeps the sleaze/glam scene alive & kicking.
The latter dude is - against better judgement - writer of glitter magazine TrashPit, that features all sorts of outcast bands that cater in glam/glitter/rock/other filth. And when Mike Trash wants things to be done properly, he releases a record with his band, The Erotics on Lane's record label TrashPit Records. A match made in glam-hell!
This 'Rubbish' is already the 6th Erotics album and it's a good one. If it will top last year's '30 Second Over You' remains to be seen but the usual ingredients are all present: the famous Cooper-snarl, some bad ass riffing & like some teenager action of the carnal kind, the record clocks off way under half an hour.
